  Nous sommes clients chez Machabée depuis près de 15 ans. Toujours satisfait jusqu'à maintenant. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré de problème avec le service après vente que ce soit à la livraison ou même, il y a quelque années lorsque mon divan s'est brisé toujours sous garantie. Même si les démarches ont été longues et ont requis beaucoup d'insistance de ma part, mon divan fut réparé. Malheureusement, hier je reçois un nouveau lave-vaisselle avec un bris à l'intérieur. J'en avise immédiatement Machabée (les livreurs sont encore à la maison, il ne peut donc y avoir plus rapide). La dame qui me répond me dit qu'ils ne peuvent inspecter toute la marchandise et qu'il est donc de ma responsabilité de communiquer avec le réparateur et que je dois faire moi-même ces démarches rapidement si je veux être couverte par le délai de 24 heures. C'est insultant et inadmissible. Machabée aurait dû s'assurer eux-mêmes de faire les démarches pour me remettre un lave-vaisselle en bon état. Quel est l'intérêt d'acheter chez vous plutôt qu'en ligne?

  Très beau magasin de meubles avec service exceptionnel. Le choix est varié et de toute beauté. Le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à aider sans faire sentir de pression. Un magasin qui se démarque des grandes chaînes et qui vaut définitivement le détour.

  Never set foot in this establishment again! bought a table with integrated extension when the table arrived the extension was separate, wrong order. They said this table did not have an integrated extension! This was an error form the salesman. The options where reorder a new table and they will reemburse 200.00 for the extension or keep the table and they will compensate us by ordering material that matched the chairs so we could have an otterman made. We opted for the material option. Well four months later no material, they never ordered it and and now they wanted the original table before they will order a the new one. Needless to say after an initial purchase of 8000.00 dollars I was very unsatisfied. But now the reimbursement for the extension was decreased to 120.00. My suggestion is never step foot at Macchabee!

  Machabee has the worst costumer service ever. I spent $3000 and bought a Palliser sectional from them. First they tried to charge me more than the indicated price. Then it came to my home with a big water mark on it and a rip on the other side. It has now been two months since the sectional was delivered and they are not doing much to help me. I've never seen such poor customer service. I made the mistake of purchasing my sectional from them but needless to say I will not be a returning customer. If you want to buy a new furniture and expect no major damages on it then do NOT go to Machabee. They are very nice at the time of purchase. But expect no such thing as customer service after you pay.
